Food intolerance

Modern research shows that many diseases are the result of individual digestive peculiarities and choice of products. Even ecological food may cause a reaction known as “latent food intolerance.” For a long time these reactions had no explanation and were classified under a common indefinite section such as “chronic tiredness syndrome,” all kinds of dyskinesia, depression of unknown origin, obese tendencies, regular migraine, premenstrual syndrome, etc.

Today we know for sure that these are allergic reactions.
When partly digested food enters the blood, the immune system reacts the same way as to any foreign invasion, e.g. invasion of microbes. This is an energy-consuming and waste-producing process that causes many problems in the body.

Latent food intolerance can be revealed by tests. Recently developed accurate diagnostic tests allow for determining the pathological reactions of an individual for the consumed food. By avoiding these products and following the nutrition program the person is able to improve health and even completely treat the disease.
